Location radius searching will only work on companies that use one unique zip or postcode for their job postings and company address.
As an example, if you have an international company displaying multiple jobs on a page that are in multiple different countries then the system is not able to differentiate which countries match which result. You can always exclude countries by excluding the country name in a search string, as an example -USA would exclude pages that had the word USA on them.
