Waiting for private data to be ready

Our servers crawl vast amounts of web pages 24/7 and we also allow our Premium and Enterprize users to upload data to their own 8LEGS private database. This feature means you are adding data to our server crawl queue and depending on the number of website addresses you add, depends on how long it will take for your uploaded websites to be searchable.

There are a number of factors to dictate how long your data will take to be searchable, these include the size of the website, if it has say 2 pages it will be crawled quicker than a website with 100 pages.

As an average we suggest allowing 24 to 48 hours for a crawl of 5,000 websites.
